As someone who works in customer service, I chose this floral shop based on its positive online reviews, so I was disappointed by the experience I had. I understand working Sundays isn’t always ideal — I’ve worked them myself — but customers should still feel welcomed when they walk in. When I entered, there was no greeting from the two employees working. I walked up to the front myself, greeted them, and asked for help putting together a bouquet for a special family member. Instead of offering assistance or even showing me where to go, they simply pointed in a direction and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by asking. I try to be understanding because everyone can have a bad day, and I remained friendly and communicative throughout the interaction. Unfortunately, the lack of basic customer service made the experience feel cold and unwelcoming, especially for a business that relies so heavily on personal interactions and meaningful occasions.

Love my moms birthday flowers. The babies breath have a gorgeous sparkle. I couldn't get a good picture of the sparkle but they do. I ALWAYS GET THE BEST FLOWER HERE!!! Best customers care!

Walked in and asked about blow up my own balloons and the lady was accommodating. She charged $2 each with strings. We also bought a number 4 balloon only $15. Thank you so much. Will be back for more flowers and balloons need for sure.

Excellent job, guys!! My Mother's Day flowers 💐 are gorgeous... fresh, look /smell great, so pleased. My hubby said delivery on TIME, double plus! Please go try them out the next time you need flowers for ANYTHING! I have purchased several for various occasions, and I'm impressed each time!
